Happy Day Bakes is one baker in Stansbury Park. The only information collected here is what you type into a cake request, and it is used to bake your cake.
What I collect
Your name, phone number, email address, and the event details you send through the cake request form. If you sign up for holiday cookie news, your email address.
How it is used
To answer your request, confirm your date, send an invoice, and follow up about your order. Cookie-news emails go out a few times a season and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.
What I never do
Your details are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone outside the bakery, except the payment processor that handles your invoice.
Photos
Finished cakes are sometimes posted on Facebook and Instagram. Tell me if you would rather yours stayed off social media and it will.
Questions or removal
Email jackie@happydaycookie.com or text 435-840-1406 and your information will be deleted from my records.
