Terms of Use
How orders work, in plain language. Sending a request is the start of a conversation, not a confirmed order.
Booking a date
Requests are answered within 24 hours. Your date is held only once the invoice is paid in full. Dates are first come, first paid.
Changes and cancellations
Design changes are welcome up to one week before the event. Cancellations more than two weeks out are refunded in full; inside two weeks the deposit covers ingredients already bought.
Pickup and delivery
Pickups are scheduled at 10 am in Stansbury Park. Delivery is available nearby for a fee quoted with your invoice. Once a cake leaves my hands, its condition is your responsibility.
Allergies
Everything is baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. I cannot guarantee any cake is free of traces.
Designs and reference photos
Reference photos are used as inspiration, not for exact reproduction — each cake is made by hand and will have its own character.
